Nose Tip Rotation - The "Nose job" of the Future!
This is a fairly new procedure where the collumela of the nose is used to create a triluminar strut to lift the tip of the nose.
Final results are permanent!
This procedure is minimally invasive, under a minute amount of diluted local anesthetics (mepivacaine 1%, or lidocaine 1%). Usually takes from 8 minutes to 20 minutes. Results are observed immediately but the final result can be enjoyed after the swelling is completely gone (in some patients residual swelling can last up to 6 weeks). Some more difficult cases (as bridge reconstructions) can be successfully performed by Dr.Carl Bazan under the same minimal amount of anesthesia and time.
