The Recovery Process

A Microlaserpeel results in much less post-operative redness, less swelling and provides a more rapid healing compared to other skin resurfacing methods. The skin is healed in 2 to 4 days, depending on the depth of the peel and in most cases patients are fully recovered and back to normal within 5 days. Post-operatively, the treated area will resemble a sunburn for about 3 days.Sunblock should be applied when in the sun.
